My plan:
- Stay Relaxed. I'll feel GREAT! in the first 30 minutes, but resist the urge to take off and stay in my target heart rate zone.
- Get to the half way point feeling GREAT.
- Get to the REAL half way point (Mile 20) feeling GOOD.
- Embrace The Pain and earn it in the final 10k.
- Finish with a smile. Drink a beer. Relax.
- Start thinking about the trail races I've got on my schedule this fall!
