NK 50k

Less-than-ideal conditions, along with a slow start to my training this year, had me wondering how good of an idea it was to take part in the entire NK 50k.  I'm very, very glad I did. 

I worked through it pretty steadily.   I finished up in under 6 hours of moving time (about 6:30 with the breaks at 'aid stations') and felt solid at the end.  I only took in 2 gels, abotu 5 orange wedges, and a CarboPro/GingerAle/Water mixture.  One SCap.  I really burned fat well.

Legs were achy Sunday.  Monday I was able to get some DogJogging in.  Back at it Today!
