Edwin is now SEVEN months old. And he's kind of a big deal.
Thank you, Parsenn.

I just found your blog yesterday and will be checking out your training - good luck on your 2011 goals and happy birthday, today is my daughter's b-day as well.
Ooh, Happy Golden Birthday! Mine happened before you were born; I was on television and have video proof of it. You share a birthday with Julie Berg (whose blog I'll now have to visit -thanks for the reminder).
Didn't care for Atlas Shrugged.
Happy champagne birthday!
Good luck this year bro.
Happy Birthday and New Year Nic. Some challenging goals for 2011. What happened your goal of 30 miles on 30th (30 minutes running - have you gone soft?)
Your goals left me feeling quite inadequate :-). Best wishes for a happy, healthy, and awesome 2011!!
I haven't stopped by lately, how did Edwin get so big already!? Happy belated golden birthday!
