I haven't run more than 5 miles this weekend. But it's for a great cause--Plymouth is going to State after winning their sectional final today!
I'm a volunteer assistant with the team and can't be happier or prouder for those guys. 2 more wins and we won't just be going to State; we'll be bringing home a gold ball as State Champions!
20 miler tomorrow, perhaps?
